Current situation and solutions for the digital transformation of the justice - civil status field in Gia Lam district, Hanoi

Abstract
This paper pointed out the current situation, the achievements that need to be promoted, and the difficulties that need to be overcome during the digital transformation of the justice - civil status field in Gia Lam district, Hanoi. The paper also highlighted unresolved gaps in digital transformation policies. Based on the paper's findings, some solutions were proposed to increase the effectiveness of digital transformation in Gia Lam district, Hanoi in the near future.
