The current financial autonomy implementation at the Military and Security Training Center, Vietnam National University - Hanoi and solutions

This study assessed the current financial autonomy of the Military and Security Training Center, Vietnam National University - Hanoi. The study pointed out shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of the financial autonomy mechanism at the center. Based on the study's findings, some solutions were proposed to enhance the center's financial autonomy implementation. These solutions include raising employee awareness about financial autonomy, improving internal operating regulations, diversifying financial resources, strengthening financial management capacity, etc.
