Abstract
Research on Cognitive Dissonance Theory (CDT) and its application in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior has long attracted the attention of scholars around the world. Understanding the impact of psychological factors on the working environment is very important for organizations and managers’ decision-making processes. This study explored several representative international studies in the field of management and issues related to people in organizations. By recognizing the contribution of Cognitive Dissonance Theory to the development of knowledge in this field, the study is expected to stimulate greater interest and more in-depth research among Vietnamese scholars in the future.
