11. Fiscal Decentralization Trends in the World

Abstract

To improve the efficiency of economic management and the multi-tiered state management function, fiscal decentralization has become a popular research topic in many countries for many years. This paper presents an overview on results of empirical studies on fiscal decentralization and current fiscal decentralization trends in the world.
