10. Developing Vietnam’s Rubber Processing Industry

By using analyzing, synthesizing, comparing data methods, this study points out that the development of Vietnam’s rubber processing industry is facing many problems. For example, Vietnam has not yet had a national development plan for the rubber processing industry; policies are still difficult for enterprises to access and implement; raw materials are mainly unprocessed rubber; most rubber processing enterprises are small with limited production capacity; and the product consumption has not received adequate attention. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to support the development of Vietnam’s rubber processing industry.
