Solutions to overcome limitations in implementing health insurance policies

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many difculties and challenges, forcing businesses to reduce their production. This situation has caused many workers to lose their jobs, and income is unstable, greatly affecting health and voluntary insurance participation. This paper evaluated the health insurance participation of workers in 2023 and proposed some solutions to overcome limitations in implementing health insurance policies.
