Current state of information disclosure in the Vietnamese stock market

Abstract
This research surveys the current state of information disclosure in the Vietnamese stock market by listed companies. Based on the research results, it identifes which groups of information have been well disclosed by companies and which groups still need improvement. The study also assists investors in searching for and estimating the overall level of information disclosure by listed companies in the Vietnamese stock market.
