A research model on the factors of digital financial literacy affecting the decision of gen z customers to use digital financial services in Vietnam

Abstract

This study explored the impact of digital fnancial literacy on the decision of customers to use digital fnancial services through the use of the theoretical model of the unifed theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). This study aimed to provide a comprehensive view of digital fnancial literacy and identify the major influential factors in customers decisions to use digital fnancial services. This study is expected to make an important contribution to the development of digital fnancial services and products to meet the needs of customers and improve the quality of digital fnancial services.
