Obstacles Facing Students at Phan Thiet University in Their English Learning Process

Abstract
This study pointed out the difficulties and obstacles that the University of Phan Thiet’s students are facing in their process of learning English. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions were proposed to help students improve their English learning process and help the university improve its quality of training and teaching. The main solution is to create an environment where students and lecturers use only English.
