Solutions to Accelerate the Allocation and Disbursement of Public Investment Capital in 2024

Public investment has been a significant focus of the Government in recent years, with concrete actions taken to direct and promote the disbursement of public investment capital. Results show that the disbursement rate of public investment capital has continuously improved in recent years. This article evaluates the allocation and disbursement of public investment capital in 2023 and the first months of 2024. It proposes solutions to enhance disbursement activities to achieve 95% of the Government’s target for 2024.
