Abstract
Recently, Vietnam’s economy has overcome numerous challenges and achieved impressive growth compared to other countries in the region and globally. However, the unresolved issues from 2023 have persisted into 2024. This article identifies the outstanding issues from 2023 and proposes solutions to effectively implement the socio-economic development plan for 2024.
