Vietnam's Stock Market Upgrade: Solutions for the Problem of Limited Foreign Sector Ownership

This paper analyzed the current status of upgrading Vietnam's stock market and the model of depository certificates without voting rights. This paper aimed to present a clearer view of the solution to the problem of limited foreign sector ownership in Vietnam. This is a model that allows foreign investors to trade securities under the condition that "room" has been limited according to current regulations.
