Viewpoints of President Ho Chi Minh about Building the Foundation and Material and Technical Aspects of Socialism

Along with the awareness of the long-term nature and content of the transitional period, during his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh emphasized the necessary conditions and resources to realize the goal of building a transitional period towards socialism. This paper clarifies the economic viewpoints of President Ho Chi Minh about building the foundation and material and technical aspects of socialism, thereby proposing solutions to apply the president’s viewpoint to the current development of socialism.
