The Satisfaction Level of Local People with the New-Style Rural Development Program in Nga Nam Town

This study assessed the satisfaction level of local people with the new-style rural development program. The study also proposed solutions to successfully, efficiently, and sustainably implement this program. In this study, interviews were conducted with 116 households in 4 communes in Nga Nam town. The results showed that the program has achieved significant outcomes, including an increase in income from agriculture and improvements in transportation conditions that lead to higher school attendance rates and better living conditions. However, the study also identified some limitations, such as dissatisfaction among local people regarding industrial development, waste management, and the development of recreational facilities.
