The development trend of digital banking in Vietnam: Experiences from developed countries

Abstract
This paper presented the current development of the digital banking system in Vietnam when artificial intelligence is gradually replacing traditional services in the financial and banking fields. The paper also analyzed data on digital banking development around the world and solutions to ensure the safety and security of digital banking activities. It shows that it is necessary to increase the security network awareness of both users and industry banks to facilitate the development of digital banking in Vietnam. In addition, it is important to develop a convenient payment system, invest in technology, enhance risk management, and create an appropriate legal environment.
