Published: July 28, 2026
Abstract
This study analyzed the impact of scale on the profitability of commercial banks listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). The study presented a summary of theoretical foundations and research works from financial-economic experts. Based on these foundations, the study developed a regression model and used the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) regression method to test the proposed hypotheses. The study’s results showed that the FEM regression method was appropriate and yielded conclusions regarding the relationship between the scale and profitability of listed commercial banks on HOSE.
