Impacts of the Capital Structure on Electricity Corporations and General Companies Listed on the Stock Market in Vietnam

The capital structure of Vietnamese companies in the electricity industry has some inadequacies that hinder production efficiency, capital utilization, and business value maximization. This study explored the impact of capital structure on electricity corporations and general companies listed on the stock market in Vietnam. Based on the study’s findings, several solutions were proposed to improve the capital structure of these companies, including issuing corporate bonds, financial leasing, and mobilizing capital through venture capital companies.
