Published: July 28, 2026
Abstract
This paper presented an overview of research in the US market to draw lessons for Vietnam and recommendations as keys to successfully launching crowdfunding campaigns on technology-based platforms. These recommendations are: information transparency and third-party certification to increase the chance of success for crowdfunding projects; clear information about disclosure regulations and project description management to attract investors; building a strong capital mobilization platform; and a scientific screening process to build trust and cooperation.
