FACTORS AFFECTING THE INTENTION OF CUSTOMERS TO USE DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE MILITARY COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK - SAIGON BRANCH

Abstract

This study examined the factors affecting the intention of customers to use digital banking services by using the Theory of Technology Acceptance (TAM). The study explored the following factors: perceived risk, perceived ease of use, social influence, the bank's brand, and consumer innovation. The study's data was collected from 250 customers and processed by the SPSS software. The study's results showed all the above-mentioned factors influencing the intention of customers to use digital banking services provided by the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Saigon Branch (MB Saigon).
