DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE, SAFE AND SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE BOND MARKET AFTER THE CRISIS IN VIETNAM

This study analyzed Vietnam's corporate bond market in the period 2022-2023 and pointed out challenges of the corporate bond market in the coming time. In the period 2022-2023, the corporate bond market experienced many difficulties as many major crimes of fraud and misuse of bond issuance were investigated, leaving extremely serious consequences for Vietnam's economy in general and investors in particular. The Government's policies have been issued promptly to handle the problem of bad debt on corporate bonds, helping to gradually stabilize this capital mobilization channel. This study proposed some solutions for the sustainable development of Vietnam's corporate bond market in the coming time.
