EVALUATING HAI PHONG'S ACHIEVEMENTS IN INVESTMENT ATTRACTION

Abstract
This paper evaluated the achieved results of Hai Phong in 2023 and proposed solutions to help the city maintain its investment attraction, especially foreign capital. In 2023, along with the companionship and support of the business community, Hai Phong drastically deployed many flexible solutions to attract investment. The city gained positive results in all fields, especially in terms of investment values and sources.
