Developing digital infrastructure for Vietnam's insurance industry

The development of digital infrastructure plays a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation of the Vietnamese insurance industry. As digital technology increasingly permeates all aspects of socio-economic life, the insurance sector is undergoing comprehensive modernization to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen competitiveness. This study examines the current state of digital infrastructure within Vietnam’s insurance industry, identifies key opportunities and challenges, and proposes solutions to foster sustainable digital infrastructure development. These recommendations aim to support the creation of a modern, transparent, and efficient insurance market in line with global digital trends.
