Abstract
This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) adoption on workforce productivity in the e-commerce sector. Using survey data analyzed with SMART PLS software, the research identifies key factors influencing AI adoption, including relative advantage, compatibility, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. The findings highlight AI’s critical role in workforce training, enhancing adaptability, and boosting productivity. Based on these insights, the study proposes solutions to accelerate AI adoption in Vietnam’s e-commerce industry, fostering innovation and operational efficiency.
