Developing logistics centers in Vietnam: Lessons from European logistics hubs

Abstract
This study analyzes the current state of logistics center operations in Vietnam and proposes solutions for their development. Additionally, it examines the formation and growth of major European logistics hubs such as Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Antwerp. Key success factors of these centers include strategic location, multimodal transportation connectivity, modern technology adoption, and comprehensive infrastructure planning. Notably, European logistics hubs emphasize sustainable development by minimizing environmental impact through green
technologies and renewable energy. Lessons from Europe can provide valuable insights for Vietnam to enhance operational efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and improve competitiveness in the global market.
