Developing warehouse system in Ho Chi Minh City

The warehouse system is a crucial component of the supply chain and logistics, playing a vital role in the storage, management, and transportation of goods. As Vietnam’s largest economic and commercial hub, Ho Chi Minh City faces significant challenges in the management and development of its warehouse infrastructure. This study aims to assess the current state of the warehouse system in the city and propose strategic solutions for its improvement. By addressing key issues, the study seeks to enhance operational efficiency, optimize space utilization, and support the city’s growing economic demands.
