Innovation and economic growth: Analyzing successful models around the world

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of innovation in economic growth, clarifies successful models in the world and the necessary factors to apply them to developing economies, especially Vietnam. From case studies of countries such as the US, South Korea and Nordic countries, the study draws important lessons on the innovation environment, supporting policies and the role of the business community. At the same time, the study also provides specific recommendations on strategies and policies needed to promote innovation, develop key industries and ensure sustainable economic growth in Vietnam.
