Current digital transformation in Vietnam's agricultural supply chain

Abstract
This study analyzes the state of digital transformation among enterprises in Vietnam's agricultural supply chain through a questionnaire survey. The results reveal that digital transformation remains partial, with a primary focus on product quality inspection, while broader technological adoption is limited, mainly concentrated in basic automation solutions. Many advanced digital technologies have yet to be widely implemented. Despite clear improvements in business performance indicators, high implementation costs pose a significant barrier.
