A model of factors influencing green innovation in agricultural export enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing green innovation in Vietnamese agricultural export enterprises. Drawing on theoretical foundations and practical analysis, the research develops a model consisting of ten key factors: Green human capital, Green financial capital, Green human resource management, R&D, Green culture, Government pressure, Competitive pressure, Industry regulations, Domestic regulations, and International regulations. These factors are critical drivers of green innovation, enabling agricultural export enterprises to align with international environmental standards, enhance their competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development in the global market. The findings offer valuable insights for businesses and policymakers aiming to promote sustainable practices in Vietnam's agricultural export sector.
