Developing a Model and Hypotheses on the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Financial Performance

Abstract

The study aims to build a model and research hypotheses on the impact of corporate social responsibility disclosure on financial performance of companies. At the same time, investigate the relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure and financial performance with consideration of the mediating role of green innovation for a sample of listed companies in Vietnam.
