Abstract
This study systematizes the theoretical foundations of green finance and examines its implementation among Vietnamese enterprises. The findings indicate that green finance offers substantial opportunities for accessing preferential capital, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening brand value. However, its adoption also entails a range of challenges related to institutional readiness, financial capacity, and implementation capabilities. Overall, the study provides a strategic management perspective on the role of green finance in the Vietnamese context, contributing to a deeper understanding of how it supports firms’ transition toward sustainable development.
