The impact of key factors on customer satisfaction with AI-driven electronic banking services in Vietnamese commercial banks

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing customer satisfaction with the quality of electronic banking services that incorporate artificial intelligence. Using econometric techniques, the research analyzes data collected directly from 700 customers utilizing AI-powered electronic banking services. The results reveal six key factors that significantly impact customer satisfaction: Trust, Responsiveness, Empathy, Service Capacity, Accessibility, and Tangibles. These findings provide valuable insights for enhancing the quality of AI-driven electronic banking services and improving customer satisfaction in the digital banking sector.
