Evaluating support policies for high-tech agricultural development in Hanoi's suburban areas

This study evaluates the effectiveness of support policies in promoting high-tech agricultural development in the suburban areas of Hanoi. Using quantitative methods and data analysis with SPSS 26, the study identifies five key policy factors influencing the advancement of high-tech agriculture, ranked in descending order of impact: science and technology support, financial assistance, human resource development, infrastructure investment, and trade promotion. The findings highlight the critical role of technological and financial support in driving innovation and productivity. Based on these insights, the study offers several policy recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of government support and foster sustainable growth in high-tech agriculture.
