Diversification and its role in the operations of banks

Abstract
In the current business environment, non-financial companies are increasingly pouring resources into specialized activities to optimize their business efficiency. Meanwhile, financial enterprises, specifically commercial banks, tend to increase business diversification. This study explored the role of diversification in the operations of banks and determined the impact of diversification on the banking industry's issues, including value creation.
