Measuring logistics enterprises' expectations about logistics system structure

Abstract

This study investigated how logistics systems influence the expectations of logistics enterprises. The study found that the structure of logistics systems, which is determined by policies, market, technology, connection network, and environmental factors, influences the expectations of logistics enterprises about operational effectiveness. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed based on the study’s results, and future research directions were also proposed.
