Solutions to promote implementation and disbursement of the 2024 public investment capital for key transport projects

This paper studied the direction, orientation, planning objectives, and proposed solutions for the disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 assigned by the National Assembly to the Ministry of Transport. Accordingly, the transport sector must drastically implement solutions to disburse public investment capital for transport projects, especially key transport projects, from the beginning of the year; continue to reform administrative procedures; shorten the time to resolve investment procedures; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in recovery, compensation, resettlement support, and relocation of technical infrastructure and waste disposal areas; ensure sufficient material sources for transport infrastructure projects, especially important national projects and projects in the Mekong Delta; ensure openness, transparency, feasibility, and efficiency in mobilizing, allocating, and using resources in investing in transport infrastructure construction;...
