The development trends of national interbank electronic payment systems and the Interbank electronic payment system of Vietnam

This paper analyzes the development trends of interbank money transfer systems in different countries and the development of the interbank electronic payment system (IBPS) in Vietnam. The paper also points out the shortcomings in the IBPS and proposes some recommendations to develop the IBPS in the coming period.
