Improving the quality of production reports: The solution for management information systems of manufacturing enterprises

Abstract
Management information systems are an important tool that support business leaders in making decisions. Production reports play an essential role in the management information system as they provide information on everything happening in the production processes, helping managers track and allocate resources, control quality, assess business performance, and identify existing problems. This paper presents a theoretical overview of production reports as a crucial tool for businesses to enhance their competitiveness in the context of today's global competition.
