Factors affecting the work motivation of civil servants at the People's Committee of Da Lat City

Abstract

This study analyzes both theoretical and practical aspects to identify and explore five factors influencing the work motivation of civil servants at the People's Committee of Da Lat City. These factors are (1) working conditions, (2) performance evaluation and recognition, (3) welfare benefits, (4) income, and (5) career advancement opportunities. Based on the study's findings, some managerial implications are proposed to support the People's Committee of Da Lat City to enhance the work motivation of its civil servants.
