The 4.0 university model for Ly Tu Trong College of Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
The 4.0 university model is currently a global development trend in the Digital Era with technological breakthroughs. Based on the current situation at Ly Tu Trong College of Ho Chi Minh City, this paper proposes a 4.0 university model development process that is suitable to the conditions of Vietnam in the context of the country’s on-going international integration process and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
