The mediating role of dynamic capacity, information technology capacity and responsibility Management capacity on the green marketing relationship and business results of SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly promoting environmental sustainability. The trend toward environmental sustainability has raised environmental awareness and inspired individuals and organizations to collaborate to create a greener future through environmentally friendly activities. This study examines the impact of green marketing on business results through responsibility management capacity, information technology capacity, and dynamic capacity. The study finds that green marketing has a direct impact on responsibility management capacity, information technology capacity, dynamic capacity, and business results. In addition, business results are affected by responsibility management capacity, information technology capacity, and dynamic capacity. These findings are expected to add to the literature on understanding business outcomes for SMEs by examining the role of green marketing, responsibility management capacity, information technology capacity, and dynamic capacity in explaining the business results of enterprises.
