The current human resource training and development in Vietnam’s electricity distribution sector: case study of Long Bien Power Company

In recent years, there have been many studies on human resource management in general and human resource training and development in particular in domestic and foreign enterprises. However, there are not many studies on human resource training and development in the electricity sector in Vietnam. This study evaluates the current human resource training and development in Vietnam’s electricity distribution sector. This study is expected to help electricity distribution companies in general and Long Bien Electricity Company in particular improve the quality of their human resources and realize strategic goals in the coming time.
