A study on the factors affecting the work performance of Nha Trang University's lecturers

Abstract
This study determines the factors affecting the work performance of Nha Trang University’s lecturers. In this study, the qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to develop and test the proposed theoretical research model, and a survey sample size of n = 243 is used to test the scale model and the theoretical research model. The Cronbach's alpha analysis and EFA analysis are used to test the scale while the multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the theoretical model. The study finds that the factors affecting lecturers' work performance are: job satisfaction; working motivation; leadership style; and organizational culture. Based on the study’s findings, some implications are proposed to improve the work performance of Nha Trang University’s lecturers.
