Mechanisms for encouraging innovation and innovative start-up models in universities from the Electricity Power University’s point of view

Abstract
To fulfill the responsibility of higher education for the National Start-up Strategy and keep up with the world's trends, Vietnamese universities in general and the Electricity Power University in particular have built a mechanism and done many activities, contributing to creating a favorable environment and conditions that nurture the student’s innovation spirit. This paper analyzes the mechanisms for encouraging innovation and innovative start-up models in universities in general and at the Electricity Power University in particular.
