Abstract
The study's objective is to measure the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices on project performance. This study has synthesized and inherited from previous studies, especially Jong (2019). In this study, the Multiple Linear Regression method is used to do an empirical test with 207 valid samples collected through surveys with managers and senior employees participating in projects in the construction industry. The study finds that six TQM practices, including leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, employee focus, process focus, and data measurement and analysis, positively impact project performance. This study is expected to highlight the importance of understanding how to apply TQM practices to improve project performance.
