Human resources is a decisive factor in the success and failure of enterprises. Attracting human resources is difficult; retaining and making them loyal to the business is also not an easy task. Therefore, businesses, including Sapo Technology Joint Stock Company, are increasingly paying more attention to retaining staff by motivating them to work.
