Published: July 23, 2026
Abstract
After the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism industry in general and the hospitality and food service sector in particular has severely lacked employees, especially high-quality and trained employees who have business administration, foreign languages, and professional skills. By analyzing the results collected from surveys about practical needs and the theoretical basis, this study proposes a system of solutions to ensure that students of Hanoi University of Industry’s Hospitality and Food Service Management training program meet social needs.
