Improving the performance of the Youth Union's officials in Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province

Abstract
Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap province, has 33 grassroots of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union with enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative officials. However, besides the achievements, there are still some limitations in the operation of these Youth Union grassroots. For example, some Youth Union grassroots have not listened to the voice of union members in a timely manner, and some Youth Union grassroots lack officials, especially the Deputy Secretary. This paper examines the actual performance of the Youth Union's officials in Cao Lanh City. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the performance of the Youth Union's officials in Cao Lanh City.
