Exploring the organizational cultural values that support the digital transformation in Vietnamese enterprises

Abstract
This study discovers the organizational cultural values that support successful digital transformation in Vietnamese enterprises. The study’s results confirm the role of organizational cultural values in the digital transformation of enterprises. The study also identifies a set of organizational cultural values that facilitate the digital transformation. Based on these results, the study proposes an organizational culture model that is suitable for the digital transformation of Vietnamese enterprises. This model consists of 15 newly discovered cultural values. This study not only improves scientific bases and methods for researching organizational culture, but also helps enterprises orient the process of building their organizational culture in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
