Abstract
This paper clearly outlines the role of organizational commitment and job satisfaction in employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods. The study’s data is collected by using survey questionnaires, then it is processed by using Smart PLS software with the PLS SEM technique, with a research sample of 336 employees of Saigon Water Corporation (Sawaco). The study’s results reveal that organizational commitment has an impact on the job satisfaction of employees, and organizational commitment and job satisfaction all affect the performance of employees. Based on the paper’s findings, some implications are proposed for improving the performance of employees working for Sawaco.
