A study on the factors affecting the service quality of VNPT Dong Thap’s MyTV television service

Abstract
This study identifies the factors affecting the quality of the MyTV television service of VNPT Dong Thap. The study's data was collected from 200 customers who used the service through a direct questionnaire-based survey with the convenience sampling method. Exploring Factor Analysis (EFA) was used to analyze the collected data. The study finds that there are five factors affecting the quality of VNPT Dong Thap's MyTV television service, including tangible means, assurance, reliability, price, and responsiveness.
